Every morning at 5:00 am Khun Boon quietly opens up the Khao Sok Bakery at Coco Khao Sok Hostel. And so begins another day of baking the most delicious homemade breads, croissants and rolls. By 7:30 am the first sleepy-eyed visitors are arriving at the café looking for their breakfast. They will enjoy breads, rolls and croissant still warm from the oven.

Now the bakers move onto creating an assortment of cakes and biscuits.

Spoiler alert – We only supply Coco Khao Sok restaurant & café so you will need to visit to taste these delights.
